Chinese regulators seem to have ended their tech stock probe sending Chinese stocks higher. Bank stocks are positive ahead of earnings announcements tomorrow and chip stocks are gaining. European indexes are higher and oil prices are trading flat to marginally this morning ahead of this morning's stockpiles report.
