Chinese stocks are higher as China's Politburo indicated that they will be providing stimulus measures. The FOMC meeting starts today with an announcement on monetary policy scheduled for tomorrow. In Europe, the major indexes are slightly higher with earnings and central bank meetings in focus. Oil prices are slightly higher as the stimulus news out of China is boosting sentiment.
