Powell may provide insight as to when the Fed may start to lower interest rates. Share of Target are displaying strong gains after their earnings release. AAPL is weaker due to iPhone sales in China. In Europe, stocks are trading flat lower due to weak economic data. Oil prices are trading slightly lower this morning as market were looking for China to announce stimulus measures.
