S&P Futures are displaying positive gains in the pre-market. This morning the market will be paying attention the Personal Income and Outlays report for May. The PCE report is a key inflation indicator and provides import data for FOMC members when deciding on the path of interest rates. Eurozone inflation fell more than expected in June despite rising core rate. NKE delivered a slight miss on earnings on higher revenue last night, this morning STZ is scheduled to release. European markets are higher and oil futures are slightly higher.

S&P Futures are moving higher in the pre-market. In today's session, we have some key economic reports being released 9GDP & Jobless Claims), Fed Chair Powell is speaking on financial stability today. Gains are being seen in banking stocks, Chip makers and travel related stocks. All 23 banks that participated in the Fed's stress test passed. Micron released positive earning and airlines and autos are mostly higher this morning. European markets mixed to higher and oil futures are slightly higher.

S&P Futures are slightly lower this morning after yesterdays strong move higher. The White House is said to be considering a ban on the sale of AI chips to China. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is schedule to speak this morning at 9:30 am ET at the ECB summit. The Fed is expected to release the results of its stress test on the country's largest banks today. Economic data out of China overnight showed another decline in Industrial profits. European markets are mostly higher and oil futures are positive this morning.

S&P Futures are indicating a higher opening this morning. There is a host of economic reports due out today with durable goods orders due out before the open. The ECB meeting of cental bankers is under way, with ECB president Christine Lagarde indication that she is still cautious on inflation returning. EV maker, Lordstown Motors filled for bankruptcy protection. WBA lowered its full year guidance. European markets are mostly higher and oil futures have given up early morning gains and are now down 1%.

S&P Futures are pointing to a lower opening this morning. The week ahead will be active. There are a host of import earnings and economic reports being released. In addition the is the annual stress test results and the key ECB meeting of central banker in Portugal. Markets seems to be showing minimal concern over the recent turmoil in Russia. European markets started off with elevated losses this morning due to the Russia situation, and have reclaimed 50% of the losses in the past 2 hours. Oil futures are showing gains in early trading.

S&P Futures are pointing to a lower opening this morning. With a number of Central Banks raising interest rates on Thursday and the continuing hawkish comments from Fed Chair Powell are resulting in weakness this morning. On deck is a key Economic report (PPI) and Fed Speak. MMM is higher on legal settlement news. SPCE is off as the company announce plans to raise 400m by selling more shares. European markets are trending lower and oil futures are continuing to show weakness down more than 1% in the pre-market.

S&P Futures are continuing to display weakness this morning in the pre-market. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is scheduled to continue his testimony today, this time he will be in front of the Senate banking Committee. A rate decision from the Bank of England is due this morning. Also on deck are reports on Jobless Claims & Existing Homes Sales due out this morning. European markets are trending lower and oil futures are falling ahead of this morning inventory report.

S&P Futures are trading slightly higher this morning in advance of Fed Chair Jerome Powell's testimony on Capitol Hill this morning. In his press conference last week, Powell display a rather hawkish tone. Automobiles and Crypto stocks are trading higher in the pre-market. FDX is lower after posting a drop in revenue for the 3rd straight quarter. European markets are trending higher and oil futures are also positive this morning.

S&P Futures are lower this morning after a 3-day holiday weekend. China Central Bank announced cuts to two key interest rates in an effort to stimulate its economy. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell with be testifying on Capital Hill tomorrow and Thursday. The calendar this week is heavy on Fed Speak, multiple hawks are schedule to speak. European markets remain mixed to lower while oil prices are rising.

S&P Futures turned higher after being softer earlier this morning following a strong move higher yesterday and ahead of a 3-day weekend. Tech stocks are displaying strength while utility stocks are weakening. The inversion of the yield curve remains a source of concern and have return to level right before the banking crisis. Watch for hawkish comments from Fed Govenor Christopher Wall this morning. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is traveling to China in an attempt to repair relations. European markest are positive, but off their earlier highs. Oil is weakening after yesterday strong gains.
