Tomorrows we have a key inflation reading with the release of the CPI data. Amazon Prime Day sales event starts today, AAPL is launching a store on the Chinese messaging app, WeChat and Chinese authorities announced a new loan-relief measures for property developers. Biden is in Lithuania meeting with Turkey's president as Finland and Sweeden are expected to be approved for NATO membership. European indexes are higher and oil prices are up almost half of 1 percent.

S&P Futures are slightly lower this morning. Markets are focused on the CPI release later this week. Economic data from China overnight indicated weakening domestic demand. Tres Sec Janet Yellen's trip to China was viewed as positive by both sides. earnings season begins later this week with many of the large banks scheduled to release. European indexes are higher and oil prices are weakening due to the economic data out of China which is creating concerns about their economic recovery.

S&P Futures are slightly lower as the market awaits this mornings Non Farm Payrolls report. Tres Sec Janet Yellen is in China saying that the U.S. doesn't seek economic estrangement from China in an effort to repair relations, China remains cautious of Yellen's comments due to recent actions from the Biden Administration. META's Threads is said to be seeing a significant amount of sigh ups. Biogen received FDA approval for its Alzheimer's treatment. BABA is trading higher as Chinese regulators have issued a fine, which is seen as a end to their investigation. European indexes are displaying significant weakness and oil prices are prices are flat to higher ahead of this morning oil stockpiles report.

S&P Futures are displaying positive gains in the pre-market. This morning the market will be paying attention the Personal Income and Outlays report for May. The PCE report is a key inflation indicator and provides import data for FOMC members when deciding on the path of interest rates. Eurozone inflation fell more than expected in June despite rising core rate. NKE delivered a slight miss on earnings on higher revenue last night, this morning STZ is scheduled to release. European markets are higher and oil futures are slightly higher.

S&P Futures are moving higher in the pre-market. In today's session, we have some key economic reports being released 9GDP & Jobless Claims), Fed Chair Powell is speaking on financial stability today. Gains are being seen in banking stocks, Chip makers and travel related stocks. All 23 banks that participated in the Fed's stress test passed. Micron released positive earning and airlines and autos are mostly higher this morning. European markets mixed to higher and oil futures are slightly higher.

S&P Futures are slightly lower this morning after yesterdays strong move higher. The White House is said to be considering a ban on the sale of AI chips to China. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is schedule to speak this morning at 9:30 am ET at the ECB summit. The Fed is expected to release the results of its stress test on the country's largest banks today. Economic data out of China overnight showed another decline in Industrial profits. European markets are mostly higher and oil futures are positive this morning.

S&P Futures are indicating a higher opening this morning. There is a host of economic reports due out today with durable goods orders due out before the open. The ECB meeting of cental bankers is under way, with ECB president Christine Lagarde indication that she is still cautious on inflation returning. EV maker, Lordstown Motors filled for bankruptcy protection. WBA lowered its full year guidance. European markets are mostly higher and oil futures have given up early morning gains and are now down 1%.
