Expectations are for a 25% basis point hike, but the outcome remains questionable due to the recent banking crisis. Fed Chair Jerome Powell's press conference is scheduled for 02:30 pm and will likely create volatility and spook the markets. The Treasury markets are experiencing a liquidity issue which will likely be a topic that Powell will need to comment on.
