S&P Futures are displaying some weakness this morning as markets awaits this morning inflation report. The October CPI reading is due out before the bell. Yields on the 10-year treasury bonds spike yesterday to their highest level since July in anticipation of a hot inflation reading. The 10 yr yield is at 4.416% this morning. Spirt Airlines is expected to file for bankruptcy as Frontier drops its merger bid. Super Micro says that they are unable to file their 10-Q on time. In earnings news SPOT, FLUT, OXY & CAVA traded higher on their releases. After the bell today markets will be watching for earnings results from Cisco. Share of AMGN are higher as company states that there is no link between bone mineral density changes and its weight loss drug "MariTide" In Europe, stocks have moved from higher to flat on the day with inflation data in focus.

S&P Futures are lower this morning as global markets mover lower.. The key economic event for today will be a speech from Fed Governor Christopher Waller, markets are also looking ahead to tomorrows CPI report. In earnings news Home Depot delivered a positive report and raised guidance. After the bell today SPOT & OXY are scheduled to release. In Europe, stocks are lower due to disappointing economic releases and weakness in China. Oil prices are higher after yesterday's big sell off.

S&P Futures are higher this morning as markets remains enthusiastic on the possibility of future growth with the new administration. Today is veterans' day, banks and the bond markets will be closed. No economic reports today. Wednesday CPI report will be the highlight for the week. On the earnings front this week, HD, AZN, CSCO, DIS & AMAT are all scheduled to report. In Europe, stocks are higher due to corporate earnings announcement and ahead of this weeks inflation report. Oil prices are lower as Hurricane Rafael concerns in the Gulf of Mexico have dropped substantially.

S&P Futures are flat to lower in a reaction to corporate earnings. On the earnings front ABNB, ANET, ARRY, DKNG, FTNT, AKAM & TTD are moving lower after announcements. China announced a new stimulus plan which focuses in on debt refinancing. NVDA & SHW ar added to the Dow Jones Industrial Average replacing INTC & DOW. Fed Speaker on watch today as the FOMC announced its 25 basis point rate reduction yesterday. In Europe, stocks are lower as China's stimulus announcement was not as powerful as expected. Oil prices are lower as concerns on a Hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico are falling.

S&P Futures are displaying gains this morning after yesterday impressive rally. The markets are awaiting a monetary policy decision from the FOMC today. On the earnings front APP, ELF, LYFT, MCK, QCOM, DDOG & RL are higher after announcements. After the bell today, ANET, ABNB, TTD, SQ, DKNG & RIVN are scheduled to release. Data on Jobless Claims & 3Q Productivity & Cost to be released before the opening bell. In Europe, stocks are higher, The FTSE is only showing a minor gain ahead of today's BOE decision. Oil prices are showing some weakness this morning.

S&P Futures are higher this morning with the election outcome in focus. A Republican sweep of the house and senate means less gridlock. Bond yields are on the rise and the dollar is strengthening. Markets are likely to show strong momentum this morning. On the earnings front CVS, IRM, JKHY & PRGO are higher after announcements. After the bell today ARM, QCOM, GILD, MCK and LYFT are scheduled to release. The FOMC meeting begins today with an announcement scheduled for Thursday. In Europe, markets are higher and economic releases were positive. Oil prices are falling as the API's stockpile estimates indicated weakness ahead of today EIA report.

While there will be elevated political commentary throughout the day, earnings and economic news will be a source of volatility. Boeings machinist union agrees to end strike. EU investigators conducted searches of NFLX offices due to a tax fraud investigation. APO, HIMS, LPX, PLTR & RACE all delivered earnings beats. MPC announced a $5B share buyback. In Europe, markets remain cautiously higher with commodity related stocks trading higher. Oil prices are higher due to positive economic data out of China.

S&P Futures are higher this morning as the markets enter into a week that will be full of market moving headlines. The U.S. elections, Central Bank decisions, and earnings reports will be in focus. The Fed has pushed back their announcement to Thursday due to the election. INTC & DOW are being removed for the DJIA, they are being replaced by NVDA & SHW. Changes are taking place before the open on Friday November 8th. Middle East tensions are on the rise as Iran is threating retaliatory action on Isreal with more powerful warheads. Boeing striking worker are voting on a new proposal today that could end the strike. In Europe, markets are cautiously higher as commodity related stocks gain. Oil prices are spiking higher as Iran tough talk on a pending strike on Isreal is elevating tensions in the region.

S&P Futures are higher this morning in reaction to earnings reports. AMXN, INTC, CVX, CAH and XPM are higher after earnings, AAPL is lower as the street was not impressed with their forward guidance. Today attention will be on the Non-Payrolls report which is expected to come in lower from the Sept figures which would be positive for the markets as it would provide additional confidence for a rate cut next week by the Fed. Shares of Boeing are active as the company has issued a new proposal in an effort to end strike. Vote is Monday and appears likely to pass. Markets will soon start to display caution ahead of the election. The race is too close to call and markets do not like uncertainty. In Europe, markets are rebounding with all three major indexes in the green. Oil prices are spiking higher on reports that Iran is planning retaliatory strikes in the next few days.

PCE and Jobless Claims due out before the opening bell. Bond yields are ticking lower as markets start to display caution in ahead of next week's election. Payrolls report is due out tomorrow. In Europe, markets continue to soften with losses in the three major indexes. Oil prices are showing gains as PMI data out of China showed a return to growth.
