S&P Futures are slightly higher this morning, overnight there was some weakness but the markets appear ready to inch higher ahead of the 3 employment reports due out over the next 3 days. Oil futures are trading lower this morning, down more than 3% in the pre-market. Bond yields are higher as traders increased bets that central banks will continue to hike borrowing costs to battle inflation. Fed speak is active today as 3 Fed bank presidents are scheduled to speak.

S&P Futures are trading higher this morning. Aug CPI figures are expected to show a drop in inflation when the figures are released next month. This morning report on Consumer Confidence will likely be positive and will likely help to turn the market positive today. Seeing positive action in Banks, Brokers, and Tech stocks this morning. Oil is slipping after a big move higher yesterday.

S&P Futures are trading lower this morning and remain unsettled by the Federal Reserves' resolves to keep fighting inflation even if it causes some economic pain. Global indices have turned bearish. Oil continues to push higher as OPEC comments on production cuts are bullish for oil prices. This afternoon Fed Vice Chair Lael Brainard will be speaking.

S&P Futures are trading lower this morning as the market awaits comment from Fed Chair Jerome Powell this morning. The dollar edged higher in Europe and is likely to extend gains as long as Powell continues to point to further rate increases in his Jackson Hole speech. Treasury bonds are moving higher with the 10-year climbing to 3.072 and oil prices are trading 1.50% higher this morning as demand is starting to improve.

S&P Futures are trading higher this morning. A stimulus package out of China is helping to lift sentiment. Oil is higher as the Iran nuclear deal continues to drag on without a resolution. Auto's, banks, brokerage, energy, and tech sectors are showing gains in the pre-market. Bond yields are lower ahead of Powell's speech tomorrow. After the close today watch for earnings reports from AFRM, ULTA, DELL, WDAY, MRVL & VMW.
